Single Loop, Basic Analog Temperature Controller
Versatile analog process and temperature controller instruments are designed for rugged and reliable, low cost, basic control of process variables in harsh industrial environments, even those plagued by electrical noise. They are equipped with a wide range of setpoints, outputs, control modes, alarms and display features, including remote setpoint. Controller display is typically a knob dial.

Our new generation Plus Series general-purpose, front to panel, controller models incorporate many adaptable, easy-to-use control features, including user-selectable plug and play output cards, jumper-less configuration, auto-configuration hardware, PC configuration software and remote setpoint, that make them adaptable and well-featured for many general purpose industrial applications.

Mechanical/SCR Controllers
Partlow indicating mechanical temperature controller devices are self-operating, requiring no operating power. On-off controllers are available with one or two switches, for heating, cooling, or heat-cool applications. Proportional units are for use with position proportioning motors, pneumatic devices, or provide time proportioning outputs. Some controllers have dual setpoints for alarming or auxilliary heating. The mechanical, non-indicating, temperature controller instruments are self-operating, on-off controllers for use in a wide variety of applications. They provide simple control and require no operating power.
Mechanical Temperature Limit Devices
Partlow non-indicating mechanical temperature limit devices are self-operating, requiring no operating power. Some models include sensing elements for failure protection. Most are set at the factory, but field adjustable versions are available. Some include indicator lights. All can be made tamperproof.
Mechanical Recorders
The one and two pen, 10" circular chart, industrial mechanical temperature recorder instruments are equipped with spring wound chart drives requiring no operating power - making them excellent choices for many applications. Parltow mechanical recorders are available with the same types of control capability as available on the mechanical controllers, and can be also used for alarming. Partlow mechanical recorders are the leading 8" recorders within the refrigerated transport industry.
Gas Control/Throttling Valves
Partlow's self-operating, throttling gas control valves have been used in a wide variety of applications for over 60 years. They require no power. They provide smooth proportional temperature control for a variety of mobile and stationary applications including air and liquid tank heaters, overns, grain dryers, and molten metal operations. All gas controls utilize the Pitston Pak thermal sensing elements.
